DECREE

ALTERATION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF ST. JOSEPH’S PARISH (KOWLOON BAY)

After due consultation with all interested parties and taking into consideration public transport network, I hereby decree that the boundaries of St. Joseph’s Parish, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, are to be redefined as follows, effective 15 March 2012:

East: New Clear Water Bay Road, Choi Wing Road, Choi Ha Road, Kwun Tong Road.
South: Kai Cheung Road, Cargo Circuit.
West: Cargo Circuit, Eastern Road, Kwun Tong Road.
North: Kwun Tong Road, a road (unnamed) along the Sam Shan Kwok Wong Temple, the public playground adjoining Kai Tak Mansion, and the Hong Kong Baptist University Academy of Visual Arts, Choi Hing Road, Choi Hing Lane, New Clear Water Bay Road, Choi Wing Road.
