After due consultation with all interested parties and taking into consideration public transport network, I hereby decree that with effect from 1 November 2015, in order to facilitate pastoral care and to promote evangelization, the existing territory of Epiphany Parish (Lantau Island, Discovery Bay and Peng Chau) is to be divided into two portions to be canonically erected into two new parishes.  One parish will still be called Epiphany Parish, while the other will be named Visitation Parish.  The details are as follows:  

Epiphany Parish (belonging to Hong Kong South-West and Islands Deanery)
Territory: Lantau Island South, Mui Wo and Peng Chau
East: Peng Chau, Sunshine Island, Hei Ling Chau, Chi Ma Wan Peninsula.
South: Chi Ma Wan Peninsula, Tai Long Wan, Fan Lau Kok.
West: Fan Lau Kok, Tsin Yue Wan, Nga Ying Kok, Tai O.
North: Cheung Shan, Nei Lak Shan, Shek Sze Shan, Lantau North Country Park, Lin Fa Shan, Golf Course.

Parish Clergy —
Rev. Josekutty MATHEW, CMF, Parish Priest; Rev. Alberto Santiago ROSSA, CMF, Assistant Parish Priest. (Note: Rev. Josekutty MATHEW, CMF, will cease to be Assistant Parish Priest in St. Benedict Parish, Shatin Wai, New Territories, with effect from 1 November 2015.)


Visitation Parish (belonging to South-West New Territories Deanery)
Territory: Lantau Island North, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay
East:: Kap Shui Mun, Tang Lung Chau, Pa Tau Kwu, Penny’s Bay, Tai Pak Wan, Discovery Bay.
South: Golf Course, Lin Fa Shan, Lantau North Country Park, Shek Sze Shan, Nei Lak Shan, Cheung Shan.
West:  Tai O, Sham Wat Wan, Sha Lo Wan.
North: Sha Lo Wan, Hong Kong International Airport, Yan O Wan, Ng Kwu Leung, Kap Shui Mun.

Parish Clergy —
Rev. Henry CABRAL, SVD will be Parish Priest, with Rev. Manoj MULLACKAL, SVD, as Assistant Parish Priest and Rev. Deacon Edwin NG Wing-hung assisting in pastoral care. (Note: Rev. Henry CABRAL, SVD, and Rev. Manoj MULLACKAL, SVD, will respectively cease to be Parish Priest and Assistant Parish Priest of the current Epiphany Parish with effect from 1 November 2015.)
