APPOINTMENTS AND TRANSFERS

Bishop Michael YEUNG has approved the following appointments and transfers:

1. Effective 11 March 2018

Rev. Salvador ROJAS V., MG, to be appointed Assistant Parish Priest in St. Teresa’s Parish, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon.

2. Effective 16 April 2018

Rev. Paul KAM Po-wai will undertake missionary work in Cambodia for three years.

Rev. Dominique MUKONDA KANANGA, CICM, ceases to be Assistant Parish Priest in St. Mary’s Parish, Hunghom, Kowloon; he will take up youth ministry and reside at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Tsing Yi, New Territories.

3. Effective 1 May 2018

Rev. Deacon Julian IP Wai-wing will assist in the pastoral ministry of Holy Redeemer Parish, Tuen Mun, New Territories, in place of St. Mary’s Parish, Hunghom, Kowloon.

Rev. Deacon Bernard TANG Bun will assist in the pastoral ministry of Holy Family Parish, Choi Hung and Choi Wan Estates, Kowloon, in place of St. Margaret Mary’s Parish, Happy Valley, Hong Kong.

Rev. Deacon Nestor KWAN Chung-wah will assist in the pastoral ministry of the above-mentioned St. Margaret Mary’s Parish, in place of Star of the Sea Parish, Chaiwan, Hong Kong.

4. Effective 1 June 2018

Rev. Deacon Anthony SIN Yiu-fat will assist in the pastoral ministry of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, Wanchai, Hong Kong, in place of St. Joseph’s Parish, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon.
