Cardinal John TONG has made the following transfers and appointments, effective 1 June 2021:
Rev. Deacon Miguel Ángel RAMIREZ FLORES, MG, ceases to assist in the pastoral ministry of St. Joseph’s Parish, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon; he will return to his home country for priestly ordination.
Rev. Victor M. ZAVALA CONTRERAS, MG, ceases to be Parish Priest of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Pokfulam, Hong Kong; he will leave Hong Kong and take up a new assignment given by his own Superior.
Rev. Salvador ROJAS VEGA, MG, ceases to be Assistant Parish Priest in St. Teresa’s Parish, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon; he is to be appointed Parish Priest of the above-mentioned Our Lady of Lourdes Parish.
Rev. Paul MENG Wei-jun, SVD, is to be appointed Assistant Parish Priest in Rosary Parish, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon.
