APPOINTMENTS AND TRANSFERS

Bishop Stephen CHOW, S.J., has approved the following appointments and transfers, effective 1 February 2023 —

Rev. Paul TAM Wing-ming ceases to be Parish Priest of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Shamsuipo, Kowloon, and is to be appointed Assistant Parish Priest in Star of the Sea Parish, Chaiwan, Hong Kong.

Rev. Aloysius MAK Ying-kin ceases to be Parish Priest of St. Joseph’s Parish, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, and is to be appointed Parish Priest of the above-mentioned St. Francis of Assisi Parish.

Rev. Johnson DHOS, SVD, in addition to his current office as Parish Priest of Holy Family Parish, Choi Hung Estate and Choi Wan Estate, Kowloon, is to be appointed Parochial Administrator of the above-mentioned St. Joseph’s Parish, until further notice .

Rev. Patrick SUN Ing-feng ceases to be Parish Priest of St. Paul’s Parish, Yaumati, Kowloon, and is to be appointed Home Chaplain to St. Joseph’s Home for the Aged, Sheung Shui, New Territories.

Rev. Stephen IP Ting-kwok ceases to be Parish Priest of St. Lawrence’s Parish, Cheung Sha Wan, Lei Cheng Uk and Mei Foo Sun Chuen, Kowloon, and is to be appointed Parish Priest of the above-mentioned St. Paul’s Parish.

Rev. Fernando CAGNIN, PIME, currently Assistant Parish Priest in the above-mentioned St. Lawrence’s Parish, is to be appointed Parochial Administrator, until further notice.

Rev. Joseph FAN Kam-tong ceases to be Assistant Parish Priest in St. Paul’s Parish, Yaumati, Kowloon, and is to be appointed Assistant Parish Priest in St. Patrick’s Parish, Wang Tau Hom, Kowloon.

Rev. Peter ZHAO Guitian ceases to be Assistant Parish Priest in Star of the Sea Parish, Chaiwan, Hong Kong, and is to be appointed Assistant Parish Priest in St. John the Apostle Parish, Sheung Kwai Chung, New Territories.
