I. PRAYERS AND DONATIONS IN AID OF VICTIMS OF TERRORIST ATTACKS IN SRI LANKA
As an expression of our solidarity with the victims of the serial terrorist attacks which took place in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday (21 April), Cardinal John Tong, Apostolic Administrator, is appealing for prayers to be offered for the victims and their families and for donations to be made in aid of them. Parishes are to take up a special collection on coming Sunday (5 May) by any convenient means, such as an additional collection during Mass or a donation box placed at the church entrance.
Cheques from parishes should be made payable to “Caritas-Hong Kong DF” (with the indication Sri Lankan Victims at the back) and sent to Caritas-Hong Kong, Attn: Account Office, Room 407, Caritas House, 2, Caine Road, Hong Kong.
