Cardinal Stephen CHOW, S.J., has approved the following appointments:
(1) Effective 1 April 2024
Rev. Phongphan WONGARSA, PIME, ceases to be Assistant Parish Priest in St. Joseph’s Parish, Fanling, New Territories, and will be given a new assignment by his own Superior.
(2) Effective 1 May 2024
Rev. Fernando CAGNIN, PIME, ceases to be Assistant Parish Priest in St. Lawrence’s Parish, Cheung Sha Wan, Lei Cheng Uk and Mei Foo Sun Chuen, Kowloon, and is to be appointed Assistant Parish Priest in the above-mentioned St. Joseph’s Parish.
II. WORLD DAY OF PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS
The 61st World Day of Prayer for Vocations will be celebrated on the Fourth Sunday of Easter, 21 April 2024. The theme for this year is: “Called to sow seeds of hope and to build peace”.
A second collection in support of the diocesan Holy Spirit Seminary is to be taken up at all public Masses on 21 April. Cheques issued for this specific purpose should be made payable to “The Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong” and sent to the Diocesan Procuration.
III. MONTHLY RETREAT FOR CLERGY

Speaker : A person who has recovered from emotional disorder, accompanied by a voluntary helper.
