Pope Francis during the Angelus today announced a consistory for the creation of 21 new cardinals from around the world to be held at the Vatican on 30 September 2023.
Bishop Stephen Chow Sau-yan, SJ, Bishop of Hong Kong has been named the new Cardinal and he is the 4th Cardinal of the Diocese of Hong Kong.
Bishop Chow urges the faithful to keep praying for him and the Diocese of Hong Kong.
