簡介This appeal concerns equality under the law and involves an application of the legal principles identified and applied in this Court’s recent decision in QT v Director of Immigration. It arises in the context of a claim to entitlement to spousal medical and dental benefits under the Civil Service Regulations (“CSRs”) and to opt for joint assessment of salaries tax under the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
